NETTIES EXPRESSIONS WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Hi! I love my stockists and am always happy to share my products with new shops!
HOW TO ORDER:
Once your wholesale application is approved you will receive an account activation email. You will need to activate your account and create a password. Once this has been done you will then be able to add your items to the shopping cart and continue to place your wholesale order online.
If there is anything in the shop that has a lower stock than what you had hoped to order, just email me for availability and I can adjust your invoice based on stock.
All prices are listed in CAD dollars. All authorized retailers will receive 30% off the subtotal. Prices are subject to change without notice.
A minimum order of $350(CAD) is required on opening orders that include wood signs or wood decor. Orders must be paid for before items are shipped out. I will contact you with your order total and a digital invoice.
$200(CAD) minimum order is required for re-orders.
CHANGES TO ORDERS:
Any changes or cancellation to orders must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours.
METHOD OF PAYMENT:
Payments through MasterCard, VISA and e-transfer are all accepted forms of payment.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING:
Though your shipment will likely go out sooner, please allow up to 2-4 weeks for your order to ship. Shipping/handling charges will be calculated and added to your order total when the order is ready to ship. I reserve the right to use my discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment. Your preferred carrier may be used if the you agree to assume any additional transportation charges.
If you order any pre-order items, this will add an extra amount of time onto your order.
NATURE OF HANDMADE PRODUCTS:
All of my products are handmade. Due to the nature of my production method, each product may vary slightly.
DAMAGES / DEFECTS:
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact Netties Expressions at email@example.com within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES:
Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. I only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise as noted above.
At this time, I am not able to do consignment.
