FAT Paint Company (TFPC) makes artisan chalk-style paint, NOT chalk paint. FAT Paint is a latex-based paint “FAT’n’d” up with a little bit of chalky minerals. Hence the clever name.

Netties Expressions holds Sign Painting Workshops throughout the year. Groups of 4 allows for a more intimate and relaxing setting. It also allows me to give each of you more one-on-one time with your sign.

SIGN WORKSHOP DETAILS

This workshop is for Saturday, March 21, 2020 starting at 1:30pm.

If you select a framed sign, it'll be made from 3/4" GIS plywood (good one side) and framed with a pine frame. All unframed signs are made from pine. Your sign is an all wood sign which means it will be a little bit heavy.

  • Unframed Wooden Sign Painting Workshop - $65/seat + GST
    • Sizes available for this workshop: 6" x 26" | 12" x 16" | 8" x 22"
  • Large Unframed Wooden Sign Painting Workshop - $90/seat + GST
    • Sizes available for this workshop: 8" x 40" | 12" x 30" | 16” x 16” | 16" x 20"
  • Large Framed Wooden Sign Painting Workshop - $95/seat + GST 
    • Sizes available for this workshop: 8" x 40" | 12" x 30" | 18" x 18" | 16" x 20"

If you choose a framed sign, remember that the frame adds approximately 0.5" to each side of the sign.

EXTRA PRICING INFO

Create a custom design strictly for you which would never work for someone else to use. Add an additional $25 + GST.

    You can purchase a seat in this workshop by dropping by my retail location, contacting me or purchasing your seat online. If you want to purchase a seat through e-transfer, you can do that as well. Send your e-transfer payment to: jennette@nettiesexpressions.com.

    Once you've purchased your seat, I will get in touch with you. I will need the following information when I get in touch with you to finalize your spot in the workshop.

    1. Pick your design from the designs already created by Netties Expressions. (Click HERE to see Netties Expression photo gallery)

    If you prefer to stop by my retail location to pick your design as well as take a look at available paint colours, that's perfectly fine.

    The fee includes everything which you need to paint a sign. I supply the wood, stencil(s), paint, brushes, sandpaper, painters tape, hanging hardware, apron(s), etc. All you have to bring is yourself and the enthusiasm to paint a sign. :) Aprons are provided although I don't recommend wearing your best clothing.

    If there are no dates available and you would like to purchase seats in a sign painting class please send me an email or drop by my retail location.
    Netties Expressions workshops are hosted in Roblin, MB. 
    Complimentary drinks and homemade snacks will be provided. These will vary with each season. If you have food allergies, you are welcome to bring your own non-alcoholic beverages and snacks to the workshop. 
    Netties Expressions workshops are in a smoke free environment.
