PURCHASES WILL BE SHIPPED TO THE ADDRESS WHICH YOU ENTER FOR YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS UPON CHECKOUT. PLEASE DOUBLE-CHECK THIS ADDRESS WHEN YOU CHECK OUT.

**INCORRECT ADDRESS POLICY**
If you provide an incomplete or wrong address and the package is returned to me, I will send an invoice for the cost of postage to re-ship the package to you. I will re-send your package once it is paid and you have provided the correct address.

Items will be shipped within 5-7 business days. Some of the wood signs are made after purchase. Depending on the quantity of orders these signs may take the same length of time as Custom Order. Please contact me to find out the current shipping time frame.

Custom orders will ship within 2-3 weeks.

INSURANCE IS OPTIONAL.

Local Pickup

Local pickups are accepted.  I will make arrangements with you as to where you can pick up your order.

Shipping within Canada

Netties Expressions ships via Canada Post.  If you would like your order shipped by other methods, please contact Netties Expressions prior to placing your order.

Art Prints, Bookmarks and Greeting Cards - You have the option to purchase cheaper shipping for these items. These can be mailed via Canada Post Lettermail. There is no tracking on this shipping method.

If you want to pay more for faster delivery of your art prints and cards you can choose to have them shipped via Canada Post Xpresspost.

Canada Post Xpresspost - Regional (Next day - 2 business days) - Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta and British Columbia

Canada Post Xpresspost - National (2-3 business days) - All the rest of the provinces and territories in Canada which are not listed in the option above.

Shipping to the United States

Netties Expressions ships to the United States via Canada Post. If you would like your order shipped by other methods, please contact Netties Expressions prior to placing your order.  The buyer is responsible for all duties and/or customs charges which may incur. Netties Expressions has no control over how long an item may be held in Customs. Generally it only takes a few days to clear, but they can hold an item for up to 30 days.

Canada Post Tracked Packet (USA) - This is for smaller items and takes approximately 4-7 business days.

Canada Post Expedited Parcel (USA) - This takes approximately 2-6 business days.

Shipping Internationally

Netties Expressions will ship to International destinations.  

Shipping internationally may be costly. I use Canada Post for my International shipments.

Canada Post Tracked Packet (International) - This is for smaller items and takes approximately 10 business days.

Canada Post International Parcel Surface - This may take anywhere between 4 - 6 weeks for delivery.

Wood Wall Hangings

***The wood I use has knot holes and imperfections which adds to the rustic look of my signs. I do not try to cover up these imperfections as I feel that it adds character to the individual piece.***

Ready to Ship Signs

  • These are signs which are already made and in stock. Generally these are shipped in 1-2 days of making your purchase.

Made to Order Signs

  • These are signs which are made to order. It is impossible to keep each sign in stock. In order to make all my signs available to you, I offer the option to purchase a sign or sign(s) and they will be made once you have completed your purchase. Most signs ordered this way, will be shipped within 1-2 weeks. I will keep you posted as to the process and when your order will be ready to ship. If you order a large quantity of signs, it will take longer to get your order ready.

Returns

General Refunds

  • If you have ANY questions, please send me an email PRIOR to your purchase. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. I cannot be held responsible for color choices that you make and do not like once you receive them. Remember all colors work best with a contrast, a light color and a darker color. Two light colors or two dark colors do not offer that “pop”.
  • All signs are automatically distressed unless you request them not to be. If you do not want your sign distressed, you must let me know upon check out.
  • Netties Expressions does not refund any monies for purchases for customers who have changed their mind or found a less expensive product somewhere else. Please read the item listing carefully before you purchase.

Custom Order Refunds

  • All sales on custom work will only be refunded once the item has been received back by me.**Unless an error was made by me (miss-spellings, etc) I generally cannot refund.** In the event that we mutually agree to a refund, a refund will only be given for the item itself, and not the shipping. Custom items will be made as shown in the listing. If you want any changes, please make it VERY clear in the notes to seller at checkout - otherwise, name order, etc will be as shown in the listing. I will also send you a proof prior to creating the actual product which gives you a chance to catch any last minute changes. I work very hard to ensure you get exactly what you want on custom orders so if you are not happy please contact me so we can reach an agreement on how to handle the situation.

Damaged or Lost Items

  • For items damaged in transit, please contact me to discuss the matter. I will require photos so please hang on to all the packaging material as well as the damaged item. Damaged items will be refunded in full, including the original shipping cost. Netties Expressions requests that you return the damaged item before shipping out the replacement.

  • Within Canada and the USA an item is considered lost if you have not received it within 6 weeks of shipment.
