Shipping

Purchases will be shipped to the address which you enter for your shipping address upon checkout. Please double-check this address when you check out.

**INCORRECT ADDRESS POLICY**
If you provide an incomplete or wrong address and the package is returned to me, I will send an invoice for the cost of postage to re-ship the package to you. I will re-send your package once it is paid and you have provided the correct address.

Items will be shipped within 3-5 business days. Some of the wood signs are made after purchase. Depending on the quantity of orders these signs may take the same length of time as Custom Order. Please contact me to find out the current shipping time frame.

Custom order production time is generally between 2-4 weeks.

SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA

Netties Expressions® ships via Canada Post Lettermail, Expedited Parcel, Canpar, FedEx, Purolator or UPS.

Art Prints, Bookmarks and Greeting Cards - Shipping within Canada is done via Canada Post Lettermail and takes approximately 2-6 business days. (There is no tracking on Canada Post Lettermail)

Canada Post Expedited Parcel - This takes approximately 2-3 business days.

Canpar Ground - 2-8 business days.

FedEx Ground - This takes approximately 5-10 business days.

Purolator - This takes approximately 2-8 business days.

UPS Standard - This takes approximately 2-8 business days.

SHIPPING to the United States

Netties Expressions® ships to the United States via Canada Post, UPS, FedEx or Purolator.

The buyer is responsible for all duties and/or customs charges which may incur. Netties Expressions® has no control over how long an item may be held in Customs. Generally it only takes a few days to clear, but they can hold an item for up to 30 days.

Canada Post Small Packet (USA) - This is for smaller items and takes approximately 5-10 businss days. There's not tracking with this option.

Canada Post Tracked Packet (USA) - This is for smaller items and takes approximately 4-7 business days.

Canada Post Expedited Parcel (USA) - This takes approximately 2-6 business days.

FedEx Ground - This takes approximately 4-10 business days.

Purolator - This takes approximately 4-10 business days.

UPS Standard - This takes approximately 5-10 business days.

SHIPPING Internationally

Netties Expressions® will ship to International destinations - Shipping internationally may be costly. I use Canada Post for my International shipments.

Canada Post Tracked Packet (International) - This is for smaller items and takes approximately 10 business days.

Canada Post International Parcel Surface - This may take anywhere between 4 - 6 weeks for delivery.

Wood Wall Hangings & Wood Decor

All Netties Expressions® Handmade Wooden Signs and Handmade Wood Décor are uniquely created and designed by Netties Expressions® in Robin, Manitoba Canada.

Netties Expressions® rustic wood décor and signs are NOT mass produced in China or created in a sweat shop or factory assembly line. Each piece is individually handmade by myself (Jennette). There is a lot of thought and love put in to each item.

No two signs or wood décor are identical which means that the décor or sign(s) you have purchased or want to purchase will be special and unique to you and your home. The uniqueness of each item is what makes Netties Expressions® wooden décor so special.

All of my wood signs and décor are designed and created to be rustic. I try my utmost to provide good quality and craftsmanship. The décor and sign(s) which you purchase will be distressed and may not look identical to the sign pictured due to the uniqueness of distressing.

If you are looking for perfect pieces of identical art, you will not find that here in the handmade world.

Wood is wood. Even the same types of wood are different which means that the same colour of stain or paint may look different from piece to piece. I love the look of wood and do not try to cover up knots, knot holes, the wood grain, aging or imperfections in the wood as I feel that it adds special character to each piece.

Ready to Ship Signs

These are signs which are already made and in stock. Generally these are shipped in 1-3 days of making your purchase.

Made to Order Signs

These are signs which are made to order. It is impossible to keep each sign in stock. In order to make all my signs available to you, I offer the option to purchase a sign or sign(s) and they will be made once you have completed your purchase. Most signs ordered this way, will be shipped within 1-2 weeks. I will keep you posted as to the process and when your order will be ready to ship. If you order a large quantity of signs, it will take longer to get your order ready.

Returns

General Refunds & Exchanges

If you have ANY questions, please send me an email PRIOR to your purchase.

My policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost on all refunds.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me at jennette@nettiesexpressions.com.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Custom Order Refunds

ALL CUSTOM ORDER SALES ARE FINAL.

**Unless an error was made by me (miss-spellings, etc) I generally cannot refund.**

In the event that we mutually agree to a refund, a refund will only be given for the item itself, and not the shipping. Custom items will be made as shown in the listing. If you want any changes, please make it VERY clear in the notes to seller at checkout - otherwise, name order, etc will be as shown in the listing. I will also send you a proof prior to creating the actual product which gives you a chance to catch any last minute changes. I work very hard to ensure you get exactly what you want on custom orders so if you are not happy please contact me so we can reach an agreement on how to handle the situation.

Damaged or Lost Items

For items damaged in transit, please contact me to discuss the matter. I will require photos so please hang on to all the packaging material as well as the damaged item. Damaged items will be refunded in full, including the original shipping cost. Netties Expressions® requests that you return the damaged item before shipping out the replacement.

Within Canada and the USA an item is considered lost if you have not received it within 6 weeks of shipment.
